How do I book an apartment in Chisinau?
Book directly on our website: choose dates, see real-time availability, and confirm in a few clicks. After confirmation you receive all details by email or WhatsApp.
Is online booking secure?
Yes. Online payment is processed securely via maib (bank hosted page) with Visa/Mastercard. You can also choose to pay in full at check-in (cash or card). Card data is not stored on the Like HOME website.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, according to the conditions shown when booking. For online maib payments, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 24 hours before check-in (see Terms and Conditions).
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: after 3:00 PM; check-out: by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on availability.
How does apartment check-in work?
All our apartments offer self check-in. You receive access codes and instructions before arrival — no waiting or in-person meetings.
What documents are required?
We ask for a valid ID (national ID or passport) for confirmation. The process is simple and takes a few minutes.
How do I pay for my stay?
Pay online now (with a configurable discount) via maib at booking time on the bank’s secure page, or pay in full at check-in (cash/card). Currency: MDL.
Does the price include all taxes?
Yes. The displayed price includes main costs: accommodation, utilities, Wi-Fi, linens, and basic supplies.
Are there extra fees?
Any additional fees (cleaning, extra guests, etc.) are shown transparently before booking. No hidden costs.
What does a Like Home apartment include?
Fully equipped kitchens, fast Wi-Fi, Smart TV, air conditioning, washing machine, and everything you need for a comfortable stay in Chisinau.
Are apartments suitable for families?
Yes. Most apartments are spacious and suitable for families or groups.
Is smoking allowed?
No. All apartments are non-smoking.
Are parties or events allowed?
No. We maintain a quiet, comfortable environment for all guests.
Is parking available?
Parking is usually public and subject to availability. Some locations offer private parking.
